Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Other Returns: For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are only refunded when the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, or significantly different from description).

Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or in damaged packaging
  • Items with minor cosmetic imperfections (such as loose threads or slight color variations)

Refund Processing

Refund Amount: Your refund will include the product price. Shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error.
